Arrival Times

Campers may enter the campgrounds during open gate hours:
Thursday times:  10:00AM – 12:00AM
Friday times:  10:00AM – 12:00AM
Saturday times:  10:00AM – 12:00PM

Bikes

Are bikes allowed?

Bikes and ATVs are not allowed on the property.

Camping

How big are the campsites?

  • ~300 sq ft. car camping

  • ~650 sq ft. RV Parking

How do we camp together with our group?

To make sure you get a campsite together, please make sure you all have the same type of camping pass. Our camping areas are all first come, first served. To ensure that you get a spot next to another group, please enter the camping area with that group.

  • Your event ticket level (GA, Car, VIP CAR, ALL IN VIP, RV etc) must match the camping ticket level

  • The RV area is different from the Car-Camping area which is different from the Tent-only area

  • Unless you’re camping in GA Tent-Only make sure that you all arrive in line together.

  • Car Campers and RV Campers will be given a campsite adjacent to those in front and in back of them in the entrance lines. In Car Camping and RV Camping, you may not save a spot for friends arriving later

What are the different camping options?

ALL INCLUSIVE VIP TENT CAMPING

Show up and chill out with All Inclusive Tent Camping. This is perfect for those flying in or traveling with minimal gear. We’ll provide you with a 4 person tent (2 people max), queen size air mattress, sheets, 2 pillows, blanket, access to high quality flush-able toilets, complimentary ice, premium camping near the event space and parking for one vehicle. This is not a ticket of admission and must be purchased in addition to a festival pass.  Limit to 2 people per all inclusive camping pass. (Only 10 will be sold)

VIP CAR CAMPING

This is perfect for those looking for a festival experience with added comfort. This ticket add on includes access to high quality flush-able toilets, premium car camping near the event space and complimentary ice. This is not a ticket of admission and must be purchased in addition to a festival pass. No more than 4 people are permitted per premium car camping pass. (Only 50 will be sold. If more go on sale then we’ve increased accommodations to ensure every single person’s experience is simply amazing)

RV PASS

If the total length of your vehicle plus anything attached to it is 18' or longer, it is considered an RV and you must purchase an RV Pass. Everyone in your vehicle must have purchased a festival pass in order to enter the festival with an RV pass. There is no re-entry. Spaces assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. All RVs must be fully self contained. 

CAR CAMPING PASS

Car camping grants entry into the car camping area at any time while gates are open. Once parked the vehicle will not be able to move until the event ends on Sunday morning. This is not a ticket of admission and must be purchased in addition to a festival pass. Limit of 4 people per car camping add on.

TENT CAMPING

Tent camping is included in the cost of each festival pass. You may enter the camping area at anytime while gates are open.

Do I need an RV Pass or a Car Camping Pass?

This is Car Camping:

  • A Car Camping pass allows a car to be parked in a camping spot with enough room for both a car and your tent

  • If you carpool in one vehicle but have two car camping passes, show both passes to the attendant and you will get two adjacent car camping spots

This goes to RV Camping:

  • Pop-ups and trailers

  • Car pooling in a jeep pulling a 5x8 single axle trailer with our camping gear

Choose Car Camping or RV Camping:

  • VW Westfalia / VW Westy

  • VW Campmobile

Fire-related questions

  • No tiki torches

  • Small propane tanks under 16 oz are permitted

  • No campfires

What services are available for GA RVs?

  • For water, please arrive at the event with your RV filled, and bring a portable container to refill. There will be free container refills at the water refilling stations

  • Small, factory installed propane tanks under 16 oz are permitted

Will there be water in the campgrounds?

Yes, there will be free water refill stations in the campgrounds.

Will there be showers in the campgrounds?

At this time there are no showers provided. Keep an eye on our website and Facebook page for updates. Subscribe to our newsletter to make sure you’re up to date!

Arriving later?

If you buy a camping pass, but don’t arrive until Friday or later, you are still assured a spot.

Camping together but have multiple vehicles?

If you have a friend joining you in your campground and he/she is joining you in your tent, he/she should purchase a Parking pass, leave their car in Parking and walk into the campgrounds. If you all have two tents and are waiting for him/her to join you at your car camping spot but use his own tent – you’ll need to purchase two car camping passes and tell the traffic person directing you when you arrive in the camping area that you’ve purchased two Car Camping spots. However, he/she won’t be able to bring a new car into the car camping lot and get it to your spot. Cars are parked directly adjacent to those you arrive with.

Campground Services: Need help?

Visit Campground Services for help, phone charging, RV servicing information, water refilling, ice purchases, and restrooms. Open 24 hours.

Patron Transport: Need a ride?

Grab a ride from Patron Transport to get to your campsite more quickly. $5 per ride.

Water Filling: Need hydration?

Stay hydrated with many free water filling stations located throughout the campgrounds and in the venue.

ALCOHOL

Outside alcohol is allowed (BYOB). Underage drinking is forbidden. We check IDs at the gate.

Concert Site

What are we permitted to bring into the concert site?

Blankets and low back chairs are permitted but behind, or even with, the foh/soundboard only. Small umbrellas are okay but only behind the sound board.

Will we be able to exit the concert area and return to the campgrounds throughout the day?

Yes, guests can come and go from campgrounds to concert site as often as they wish as long as they hold an event ticket.

Are shade structures allowed?

Only behind the sound board are shade structures permitted.

Are cameras or video cameras allowed in the main concert site or other stage sites?

Yes, small hand held point and shoot cameras only. No additional lenses are acceptable within the concert venue or in the other stage areas. See our prohibited items list for more detail. NO video allowed at all. If you’d like to apply for a press pass please email yondervillefest@gmail.com.

Will there be Cell Service?

Service varies and is based on your provider. Additional service TBA.

Will there be ATMs on site?

Can we bring water to the show field?

One sealed bottle only. Refillable water bottles are encouraged. There will be free waterfill stations on the Show Field.

Family & Children

What is the price for Children?

Children 12 and under are FREE. They must be accompanied by an adult, and parents must bring a copy of their birth certificate or other proof of age (eg., report card). This applies to all ticket types.

Do you offer Family Camping?

Yes! Family Camping is an environment that will be comfortable for those wishing to attend the festival with their families. A limited number of Family Camping passes are available for sale.

Off-site Accommodations

What are the off-site accommodations for Yonderville?

Offsite accommodations are available in Culpeper and Warrenton, VA through one of the many hotels in the area.

How hard/easy to drive in and park each day?

Those guests who stay off site may come and go at will. There is a reentrance fee of $20 per vehicle so we suggest limiting these trips.

Do you have parking available at Yonderville?

Yes, parking passes will be available for purchase.

By what time do day parkers need to exit the Day Parking Parking Lot?

Day parkers must exit the Day Parking Lot by 10AM each day.

Wristband / Wristband Registration

I purchased my wristband(s) from the Front Gate, now what?

Great! This wristband is your ticket into the festival! Handle your wristband carefully to assure you don’t pull it closed before you put it on, and keep it in a safe place.

Can I take my wristband off in between days?

No please. Wristbands are non-transferrable and valid for entry for the day(s) indicated on the wristband. Do not remove your wristband until you plan to leave the property for the final time.

Can I mess with my wristband?

No. Do not cut the loose end of the wristband or affect the wristband in any way! Any wristband that has been tampered is VOID and could be confiscated. Treat your wristband like cash – lost, stolen, counterfeit, tampered with, unregistered, and/or confiscated wristbands may not be replaced! Note there is a replacement fee of $20 per wristband should the Festival staff warrant a replacement is necessary.

What are the Wristband Policies?

  • All sales are FINAL – no refunds and no exchanges.

  • Wristbands must be worn at all times, and checked upon entry/exit to the venue.

  • Do not remove between days or tamper with your wristband in any way.

  • Wristbands must be worn securely on your RIGHT wrist, and are non-transferrable.

  • Depending on the circumstance, a replacement wristband may be issued for a $20 fee at the discretion of Festival staff.

  • If your wristband is removed by Festival Security / Staff due to misuse or your mis-conduct, your wristband will not be replaced, and festival ejection or prosecution may also occur.

  • All guests are subject to a vehicle, bag, and personal security inspection upon entry. Any prohibited items will be confiscated.
